Healthy habits

Mom has won the prize – I have entered the college. Every day I have to get up early in the morning to get to the college in time. However before leaving for the college I have to do morning exercises to keep fit and do well in college. Most of all I don’t like to spend long hours indoors attending lectures and seminars or reading scientific journals in the library. And besides, I have to stay up late getting ready for seminars, writing essays or doing exercises for some classes. No one can find the end of all challenges that students meet during their staying in college. In my opinion, it is hard to overcome all these hardships. But they say that education requires some sacrifice. Anyway I need to be strong and healthy. My friends and I decided to work out the ways to keep fit.

First, a student should miss no chances of outdoor activities as an antidote to his sedentary live. Of course, there is his physical training class but that is definitely not enough to feel strong and optimistic. Skating or skiing in winter and swimming in summer become part of his everyday life. Second, a student must exercise and exercise – whenever he can- in the morning, after classes, in the evening. Nowadays jogging is quite popular and lots of young men get used to running before leaving their homes. If a man overslept in the morning, he has to find some time for it in the evening. Third, any student has to have a habit of eating in time – regular meals are important for his health. It is not the end of advice. His education needs much health. An apple, a carrot or a glass of juice or milk are better snacks than sandwiches and coffee. Forth, smoking is a very bad habit and it is even harmful for health.
